Introduction:

Learn how to conduct Competency Based Interview (CBI) and know about the proper selection techniques by using STAR method. This course will develop you to prepare and learn how to develop the question of CBI with relevant competency to select the right people in right time at right place.

Mr. Rashedul Hasnat is a HR Professional & Trainer having more than 12 years of accomplished experience in Factory and Corporate HR in renown Multinational and National group of companies. He is an MBA in Human Resource Management. He also possesses BSS (Hons), MSS, LLB and PGDHRM qualification. At present Mr. Hasnat is working in Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Manager (Employee Welfare & Factory HRBP). Prior to joining Perfetti, Mr. Hasnat worked in Transcom Beverages Ltd. (Franchisee of PepsiCo Inc.), Nikki Thai Aluminium Industries Ltd., United Hospital Ltd. Mr. Hasnat is trained on “Competency Based Interview & Selection Techniques”from Singapore HR Institute (SHRI) at Singapore.

Mr. Hasnat is a Founder President of Bangladesh FMCG HR Society, Fellow member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM), Founder member & EC of HR Club Bangladesh Ltd. and Global Member, SHRM-USA.
