Workshop Overview:

In today’s global competitive environment, organizations survive by leveraging their often-complex activities to provide value to customers. Organizations must be able to provide the right goods and services to the right customers, in the right quantity, in the right place and at the right cost. Failure to do so could have significant negative impact on the bottom-line.

An organization’s inventory can appear a mixed blessing since it counts as an asset on the balance sheet, but it also ties up money that could serve other purposes and requires additional expense for its protection. Besides, enterprises sometimes make stores or warehouses without doing proper analysis and thus some portion of that store or warehouse remains unutilized. Effective Inventory and Warehouse Management is inevitable for today’s competitive business world.
