Terms & Conditions for Online Registration & Payment

Welcome to the Institute of Professional Development Programs (IPDP). By registering for any training program and making payment through our online payment gateway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Payment
Full or partial payment (if applicable) is required to confirm registration for any training program.
Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation from IPDP.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during registration.
2. Course Fees
All training fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Applicable taxes, VAT, and service charges, if any, shall be borne by the participant.
3. Training Schedule
IPDP reserves the right to change the training schedule, venue, trainer, or course format due to unavoidable circumstances.
Participants will be informed of any significant changes as early as possible.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If IPDP cancels a training program or is unable to conduct the training on the scheduled date, participants may choose either:
To attend the next available batch; or
To receive a full refund of the training fee paid.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
5. Participant Cancellation
Once registration is confirmed, training fees are generally non-refundable.
However, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future batch of the same course, subject to approval by IPDP.
6. Attendance & Certification
Participants must attend the training sessions as required by the course.
Certificates will be issued according to the training completion requirements established by IPDP.
7. Online Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
IPDP does not store customers’ debit card, credit card, mobile banking, or banking credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
Training materials, presentations, handouts, recordings, and other course content are the intellectual property of IPDP and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
IPDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in any training program.
10. Modification of Terms
IPDP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
