Feroz Kibria is a seasoned Trainer, Coach, Consultant, and HR Strategist with over 16 years of extensive experience in training, coaching, and consulting, dedicated to unlocking human potential and driving sustainable business growth through impactful learning and development solutions. His professional journey is grounded in strong academic foundations, having completed both an MBA and BBA in Human Resources and Accounting, which paved the way for hands-on expertise in Human Resources Management across a wide range of industries including Telecommunications, Networking Accessories, Customer Service, Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Insurance, Engineering, and Automobiles. To further strengthen his professional capabilities, he earned a certification in People Management Skills for Professionals (PMSP) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, under the prestigious Management Development Program (MDP).
Currently, he serves as Senior Manager, Human Capital Management at Energypac Power Generation PLC, where he leads high-impact training initiatives, contributes to corporate strategy development, and plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational and workforce capabilities.
