Introduction:

Effective interviewing is one of the most critical skills for hiring managers and organizational leaders, as it directly influences the quality of talent and overall business success. This training program has been designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to conduct successful and structured interviews. Through an interactive and hands-on approach, participants will explore various types of interviews—including traditional, competency-based, and behavioral methods—and learn how to apply modern techniques such as the STAR method to evaluate candidates effectively. The course emphasizes real-world applications through role play, group practice, and question development exercises, enabling participants to gain confidence in identifying the right talent for the right position. Additionally, the training will cover the complete interview process—from preparation and rapport building to evaluation and collaboration with HR—ensuring participants can conduct interviews professionally, ethically, and efficiently.

Mr. Rashedul Hasnat is a HR Professional & Trainer having more than 12 years of accomplished experience in Factory and Corporate HR in renown Multinational and National group of companies.
