Introduction:

Employee onboarding is much more than completing joining formalities or helping a new employee enter an organization. It is a structured process that helps employees feel welcomed, understand their role and purpose, connect with the organizational culture, and become productive contributors.

A well-designed onboarding process creates a positive first impression, builds employee confidence, clarifies expectations, and strengthens the connection between employees and the organization. This practical workshop will guide participants through the complete onboarding journey—from pre-boarding and the first day to a structured 30-60-90 day integration plan.

Participants will learn practical approaches, tools, and techniques to design an onboarding experience that supports both employee engagement and organizational performance.
