Wahid has more than 20 years of experience in multi-national and local industries in the areas of Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Management, Launch Readiness, Product Life Cycle Management, Sales Management, Business Development, Training & Organizational Development and Recruitment. Currently he is working in the leadership position in the world largest Switzerland based pharmaceutical company.
He is a certified coach in the Leadership Circle Profile and has facilitated more than 35 leadership and coaching programs across the USA, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Africa, with over 400 global leaders participating. Wahid is also a certified SCRUM Master.
In Bangladesh, he has conducted over 70 training sessions on various topics, engaging more than 1,500 participants. He frequently collaborates with BDJOBS, Learning Bangladesh, and Thriving Skills to develop online-based skill development programs.
Since 2014, Wahid has been passionately exploring employees’ innate talent themes to support both personal and professional transformation. He is a pioneer in Bangladesh for designing and launching specialized training courses such as:

Academically, Wahid completed Executive Marketing Education under the Marketing Champions Program from INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools (Fontainebleau, France). He also earned an Advanced Certificate in Business Administration (ACBA) from the IBA, University of Dhaka in collaboration with AMDISA, University of Hyderabad, India.
He holds a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, both from the University of Dhaka. He also served as a guest faculty member at Daffodil International University.
