Introduction:
Learn how to deal different type of separation. This course will develop you to prepare and learn different types of separation of employees and their final settlement procedure to ensure all kinds of settlement benefits as per Labour law-2006 and Labour Rules-2015.
Objective:
Participants will able to handle different type of separation (eg. Dismiss, Removal, Discharge, Retrenchment, Termination, Resignation etc.). Will able to take right decision when employer will go for which type of separation.
