Purpose / Objectives of workshop:

To provide legal knowledge to the participants on workers’ recruitment, wages, separation, disciplinary action, maternity benefits, annual leave, responsibilities of PC and Welfare officer in line with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.

  3. Ex-parte Enquiry investigation
  4. Suspension and its allowance
  5. Result of investigation and punishment
  6. Punishment: Dismissed or removal
  7. Compensation and or service benefits of dismissed /removed worker

Module-3: Annual leave

  1. Minimum qualification

  4. Calculation amount of payment

Module-4: Maternity benefits
