In today’s global competitive environment; organizations survive by leveraging their often complex supply chains to provide value to customers. Organizations must be able to provide the right goods and services to the right customers, in the right quantity, in the right place and time, and at the right costs. Negotiation and Contract Management are Supply Chain functions.  Negotiation is a bargaining process to reach in an agreement /contract. Effective communication and negotiation skill set and strategy is KSF(Key Success Factor ) to accomplish a business agreement/ contract.

 During negotiation you should have plan to negotiate.  Contract is a legal binding documents. Through effective negotiation we can a good contract. In this course we will learn when to negotiate , how to negotiate and how to be successful negotiator .Also we will learn about how to make good contract in WIN-WIN situation.

Supply chain management deals with inputs, conversion, and outputs. A supply chain consists of three types of entities: customers, a producer, and the producer's suppliers. Supply chain management oversees and optimizes the processes of acquiring inputs from suppliers (purchasing), converting those inputs into a finished product (production), and delivering those products – or outputs - to customers (fulfillment).  

Objectives of this training:

  • Explain the basic concept, tools, models and Negotiation and Contract Management of SCM.
  • It aims to provide participants   foundational and advanced knowledge on how to tackle, resolve, and manage myriad complex problems and issues that related negotiation and contract management of supply chain managers.
